Bosky Arora is a highly regarded leadership coach, OD/HR practitioner, and Master Facilitator with over two decades of experience across Fortune 500 and large Indian conglomerates. She has led talent management, learning, and culture transformation initiatives at organisations including Nucleus Office Parks (a Blackstone company), Mindspace Business Parks, DHL Logistics (Asia Pacific), the Aditya Birla Group, and INOX Leisure Ltd. / K Raheja Corp, where she held roles spanning HR leadership, Learning & Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Culture.

Her career has been defined by an ability to build meaningful human connection while driving large-scale leadership and change initiatives across India and Asia Pacific — helping senior leaders strengthen succession planning, leadership capability, emotional intelligence, and organisational impact.

Today, through her practice, Bosky works with leaders and organisations through executive coaching, master-facilitated leadership programs, and OD/culture consulting, grounded in evidence-based methodologies and a genuinely empathetic, insight-driven style. Her initiative, #CoachByHeart, reflects her coaching philosophy: interactive, judgment-free, and oriented toward helping people connect their goals to a life they actually want.
