Bosky Arora is an OD and HR practitioner, ICF-accredited Executive Coach, and Master Facilitator specialising in Leadership Development, Culture Transformation, and Executive Coaching. She is passionate about enabling leaders and professionals to unlock potential, enhance effectiveness, and build sustainable well-being.
Over the years, she has led talent management initiatives and facilitated development journeys for senior leaders across industries — strengthening succession, leadership capability, emotional intelligence and organisational impact. She brings together global best practices, deep corporate experience, evidence-based coaching methodologies, and an empathetic yet insight-driven approach.
